Your surgeon needs to know about all medicines and supplements, as well as medical conditions.  I'm not a doctor, but I'd put good money on "No". 

It's up to the doctor. He has a list of your medications and wouldn't (shouldn't) schedule anything without going over it with you. Amounts matter here. If he feels surgery can be accomplished, then trust your doc.  Do you?

Yes. Your doctor will stop the medication about two days before surgery.
