      Anything under $10,000.00. Do not deposit two $5,000.00 sums in one day as that would count as a $10,000.00 reportable deposit.

        I may add that if the banks are suspicious of the depositors, they may go ahead and report to the authority any way even if the amount of deposit is just under the threshold of $10,000.
