is it recommended to have knee replacement after having osteomyelitis in tibia bone is still soft sinus are still present no drainage
I had chronic tibia osteomyelitis 30 years ago the bone was shaved and treated with antibiotic therapy no signs of infection still have holes in bone knee of same leg is destroyed by arthritis would a total knee replacement be advisable.
