During a trip back to Washington D.C. to visit my parents we handed link her a box. Not knowing what it was she opened it. It wasn't until she saw the green outer-box that she had any clue what was going on. When she saw it for the first time she got pretty link emotional. Then she tried it on and stood in front of the mirror for a long long time. After the emotions wore off and link she had the watch on for an hour or so I asked "Can I try it on"

- Surface scratches are the easiest to fix because only the top protective coating needs to be repaired.
- In these cases, clean the scratched area with a soft cloth and hardwood floor cleaner. The area needs to be free of any dirt and grime that could get sealed in during the later steps.
- Rinse with another cloth moistened with clean water.
- Allow the area to dry completely.
- Once the area is clean and dry, apply a new layer of the protective coating. This can be a shellac, sealant or other finish.
- Allow the surface to dry overnight.
