      You will find that with internet explorer. It's the worse browser out there. Get Firefox. You will not run into the "stopped working" issue anymore.

        I use Firefox and I often get Program not respoding. Happens in other programs as well. No one seems to have heard of it.

        The it could be your internet connect. Have your internet provider check your connection.

        Maybe you are in an area where there is not much internet access
