      You could look up what the average home is selling for in your area online, then compare the condition/price of the latest homes that have sold  to your home.?

        The value of you house is its` ability to keep out the wind and rain so allowing you to live inside in comfort.It also has the value of allowing the breeze in if you so desire.
        The prestige of owning it is another value BUT

        if you want to know the price it may sell for talk to a realtor.

        You see price is Not value, price is what you pay value is what you get.
