    how do you calk the space right above the baseboard trim?

    I live in a 5 year old house and the settlement has caused some cracks to appear right above the baseboard trim. I know I will have to scrape and clean the crack but what kind of flexable calk should I use instead of joint compound.

      Remember to "push" the tip of the caulking gun with a small pea visible at the front of the tip, do not drag it. Pushing the tip gives one A better finish with little or no waist.
