    disable son and landlord

    My disable son was in a group home with a care provider for the last two years and the rent was $ 555.00 a mo.he moved them out the house 2 other boys lived with them,to a section 8 rental duplex,and i want to know do he have the right to still charge them $ 555.00 a mo. they all get food stamps and he keep the food stamp cards.

    Probably, it depends on who pays the rent. It also depends on how disabled they are. Can they take care of themselves? If not, then I would leave well enough alone if he is receiving good care. If they are NOT receiving good care, then I would contact the county to investigate the situation.
