I am not quite sure what exactly you are talking about? Is this the plastic power wheel thing that was made for kids called the Big Wheel? If so I would think that you could get a really good paint in spray paint made for outdoor weather proof for plastic. Hope this helps not sure if that is what you are referring to or not?
