      It means you are not a member of a union. Do you know the difference between an "employee council member" and a "union member?" About six or seven dollars an hour ;)

        guessing....if it is disciplinary.. it is what use to be called a verbal warning. if it is a group...then it's just a .... "mangement tool" to keep the employee's feeling like they are part of the company. in this case it's a waste of your time and will become a sourse of frustration.
