Go to their profile page, scroll to the bottom. On left see "Report/Block This Person. Click it. See:
Select the option below if you would like to block this person:
_ Block John/Jane Doe.
Blocking means you won't be able to see or contact each other on Facebook
Check the box next to his/her name. Then click, continue.
