I recently purchased a Campbell Huasfeld Electric Pressure Washer, 100-1650 PI and 1950 PSI, 2.6 GDM. I lost the coupler that connects the pump to the water hose.  I recently purchased one from you but I cannot figure out how to put it on.  The coupler is approx. 1 9/16 " long by 1 3/16" wide (outside dimensions.  One side (3/4") says "pump" and the other end (7/8") says hose.  The hose part fits the hose perfectly but the pump part does not want to snap on to the pump nor does it screw on.  I didn't want to force it on for fear of breakage.
Is it possible that I have the wrong coupler or that I am missing another part?
