I think you're asking when will the prices of homes on the market for sale go back to normal so that you can sell your house? Iit could be two or three years before the market starts to climb back to normal. There is no way to know for sure. People are selling at a loss just to get rid of the house and move on with their lives. If you can't afford to do that you may have to wait a while.
