Leeroy is our resident alligator expert here.

I wanted alligator shoes once, I was driving in Florida and an alligator walked  up on the highway, I figured I could take him and then be able to have alligator shoes. 

So i jumped out of the car, the alligator and myself wrestled for about an hour or so, finally he gave in and i won the fight, I was so happy that now I could have some alligator shoes but as luck would have it, this alligator wasn't wearing any shoes.. :(

No part of alligator is consumed in my kitchen. Ever. Never. Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek!

Probably the part that would eat you (if it could), including the digestive tract down to the opposite end.

Ewwwwww NONE?  Makes good purses and shoes though.
