            Gary, obviously you get your truths from MSNBC? They are constantly advising their liberal listeners that 'FOX is known for their lies.." I listen to both and although I claim independent (I think for myself) I find FOX as being the most trustworthy and revealing. I don't consider either one as news broadcast though, both are slanted.. My Neighbor hates FOX too, I say 'you ever watch it?' she says NEVER! They lie!!' I laugh at this every time I think of it.. never watches it but she can criticize it.

              They all are competing for the advertizing dollar so I guess who to believe lies with what the advertizers want said Actually The BBC is pretty good here in the USA

                I tend to agree with all the comments and answers regarding this question...FOX does seem to be a tad more sensationalist in order to keep their viewers and they do have some most excellent commentary...however...as far as the so-called REAL news I'd go with CNN.
