I had going through some bad times, I went through a divorce, my youngest daughter had become diabetic at age five. I was working three jobs and raising 4 kids alone, along with having some health problems of my own, complications from diabetes.
I was at my shop and working by myself on a motorcycle, it was about noon. As a diabetic I knew I needed to eat, but I wanted to finish what I was doing. I would keep working on the motorcycle.
It was about two p.m. when I realized that my sugar was getting low, as I haven't made any progress on what I was doing for several minutes. I had a Snickers bar in the refrigerator and got it out to eat and bring my sugar back up so I could finish the job.
I started praying to myself as I ate the bar, feeling sorry for myself, asking God why people had to suffer, why do people need to go through hard times and why do bad things happen to good people. Divorce, death of loved ones, sickness especially with children.
As I prayed my sugar was so low that I slipped into a diabetic coma, then something happened that I not sure that I can fully explain, I got an answer from God, all the sudden I knew the answers, I knew why good people go through bad times, I knew why all things good and bad happen. It was like I was seeing through Gods eyes, everything was so clear. I wanted to tell everyone what I had found out.
Then I realized, I was sitting on a stool eating a Snickers bar, my sugar had come back to a level that I had come back to my right mind or should I say my human mind. As I couldn't remember what had just seemed so clear a few seconds earlier. I remembered the experience but not the details.
However, now I didn’t feel sorry for myself anymore, I felt blessed. As I look back I don’t think my human mind could retain what God had reviled to me. However in my diabetic coma, I could stand to see a glimpse.
I know God is in control and all will work out for the best. I still don’t understand sometimes how things will work out, but I know God knows and that's all that’s important.
I’ve had many bad experiences since that day but I know they have all been for the good. I still don’t know why every experience has happened or what good can come from them. Only God knows that and who's life can be effected by us when we are living as he wants us to. That means not only when things are good but even more when things are uncomfortable, painful and scary. That's when our faith in God shows.

Yes I do believe in miracles. But one must always remember GOD is not Santa Clause and like the song goes some of God's greatest gifts is unanswered prayers. God sees the big picture, we do not as we are blinded lots of times by the situation that we are in.

    Darci13

Well that is okay at least I'm in it.

    Darci13

Yeah well right about now I could use a miracle myself .........

    Shadow

You live in a strange world. Wake up Darci13.

    daren1

I GIVE A BIG TU DARCI13 WERE ALL JUST PAWNS NOT KINGS

Got shot in the chest several times at age 17. According to the doctors I should not have survived. Did pray a lot while healing, yep, miracles do happen.
    daren1

    our god is awsome

Miracles are everyday life events to me. By viewing the world lovingly, the same returns to me. I never understood anything or anyone I didn't love. That's a miracle.
The fact that others choose not to see miracles in their life tells me their vision of life is what they have chosen. That is their miracle...the one they choose for themselves. They think their world is the way it seems to be for them and that everyone sees the same thing. I found everyone's view of the world is uniquely personal...and vividly symbolic with reinforcing related thoughts to provide structure and meaning to all they see. The miracle is to free yourself of self-indulgent fears and fantasies enough to know that changing your beliefs and denials can influence the world you see around you every day. Love yourself and your thinking.

I have never seen a miracle with my own two eyes, like the lame healed and walking or dancing around. Even though I haven't see a miracle, I do believe they are possible,(as long as the request is in God's will.)

I understand that God has the power to do whatever He wills into fruition. I am looking forward to seeing one someday, and I have faith that God does heal sometimes. Like Darci said He's no Santa Claus in the sky.

I don't like to see notorious faith healers on t.v. or pastors asking for money on t.v., it makes Christians look bad as a whole. I believe the good news should be presented in love, kindness, and understanding. The power of healing belongs to God, no one person has that as a gift, scripture says if you are sick to go up for prayer before the elders of the church.

    Anyway Miracles YES.

    daren1

BELEIFE ALONE IS A MIRACLE IN ITSELF !TU

Yes, I am a miracle, 13 operations over 8 feet of scars on me and I can do anything, as long as it don't take more than an hour......lol

    PEOPLELOVER

You are not the miracle Randy, the surgeons who operated and the nurses that cared for you they are the miracle. All that aside stay well and be happy but please give credit to those dedicated people who perform miracles each and every day. My wife has had major major cancer surgery, total stomach removal, yes she is well thanks to her wonderful surgeon.

    Headless Man

Yes, I'm GOD's miracle, the surgeons and nurses could do nothing without the knowledge that GOD gave them. Love, Randy

    Absolutely...My life is a miracle!!!

Yes I believe in miracles each and every one of us is a miracle

My salvation is a mirical. If that was the only one I will ever have then I praise Him for it

each day is a miracle from god
I am not a christian. The only 2 miracles I have witnessed is the arrival of 2 beautiful & healthy grand daughters. They are the love of my life & I thank my daughter every day for them.

I had a heart attack at 42 and God healed me. I took over 60 tablets to end it one dark dark day and God let me live. I am alive because of a mirical.

Absolutely...I've seen the birth of all 3 of my kids and I thank God everyday!

    ABSOLUTELY
    daren1

    me too

If you are speaking of the God of Abraham, then absolutely! There is nothing that is impossible with our God. Ask and you shall find.

    PEOPLELOVER

What about the other peoples gods? And I thought the quotation was "Ask and yee shall receive' The one you are confused with is "Seek and yee shall find" I could be incorrect as after all I am just a non believer so what would I know?

    lindilou

Dang ole Abe is twisting in his grave... you are speaking in negative terms... first of all 'if' and 'then' ideas are just that... ideas. The next statement reads better as... Anything is possible! ELOI or no ELOI. And it is Seek and Ye Shall Find or Ask and It Shall Be Given You!!! OY VAY!!!

    Absolutely...My life is a miracle!!!

Yes, I do believe in miracles. When my daughter was 16 and diagnoised with bone cancer. They said she had a 1% chance of survival, then I had an encounter with an Angel in the Emergency Room waiting area. She told me she would be alright. While she was leaving, I followed her to thank her. She walked through the doors and when I walked thru them, she was gone. There were no footprints in the snow, no tire tracks in the parking lot ~ just fresh new snow everywhere. When all the tests were redone, the doctors said she now had a 99% chance of survival and that they had never seen that happen before. So yes, I do most assuredly believe in miracles.

emphasized textI have experienced many miracles. It is true, God does amazing things during unexpected times. Miracles are all around us everyday! It is a proven belief system answered by only God and truly understood by Him.

yes i got up this morning
GOD CREATED MIRACLES THE DAY HE CREATED EARTH. COME ON! HE IS GOD, MORE POWERFULL THEN OUR MINDS CAN COMPREHEND!

    ....yes.

Yes, have experienced God's grace frequently

I FIND IT STRANGE THAT THE FIRST MIRACLE JESUS DID WAS TURN WATER INTO WINE .BUT MANY CHRISTIANS THINK YOU AND I CANT HAVE A DRINK PLEASE LEAVE COMMENTS AM I MISSING SOMETHING

    Headless Man

An occasional drinks not going to send you to hell. You know, to much of anything is not good for you. Just don't put anyone else in danger. Love, Randy

    daren1

i drink only to exess ..lol nothing wrong with a drink now and the , but its a fine line between drunkeness and a ;'few"

    any other testamonies?

PFFT...Absolutely. The Mets would never have won the 1969 World Series otherwise.

behind in 7 games 24 in t town if not a miracle or 2 colleen sicked the karma booger on some folks

No, I don't believe in miracles. There are events that are so rare that they become mathmatical anomalies and therefore seem miraculous. We've all heard of auto accidents that are so horrendous that it must be a miracle that the person survived. What really happens is the confluence of a set of mathmatical variables, time, distance, metallic stress, position and thousands of other quantifiable measurments that create a situation that seems impossible, but is really just unusual in the extreme. To say it's a miracle is a capricious statement with no logic, reason or proof.

    Headless Man

Sorry to hear that, I have had so many miracles in my life. All I can say is you must just be L-living U- under C- Christ K-Kindness. Love, Randy

    Tommyh

Good comment Ben.But use shorter words next time. We're not all rocket scientists ta know.
    Darci13

Bigben I am truly sorry you do not believe in miracles. They happen all the time both big and small. Your loss.
    witchway

I can understand your answer perfectly. If it ever does happen, you will know it.
    terryfossil 1

You have NO IDEA what you are missing Bigben..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

God has taken me from the gutter and the bottle to where i am now,,i have all the proof i need, miracles certainly do happen from God,,i do not have to debate that..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..
