If you had to choose what is more important,Safety or Security? Example: When your living in fear and you have no one around to trust, because of people that have drug you stole your world in anyway possible. How could this happen? Well if you see someone riding the short bus to school do pick on them? Someone that is disabled has the right to be treated fairly, who do you call?

I really can't get the question out of this... This makes no sense to me, something about drugs, a shortbus and some disabled dude that is in a security bind where safety is a factor because you lost your world. I'm not sure but I do find the shortbus the common denominator here. Lets go with the shortbus answer!!
