I downloaded Through the Word App. I try to used the app and It doesn't work. I tried to download again but the app says I already have it and won't let me download again. I go to my control panel and the app doesn't show up. So how do I fix this problem. It has happened on 2 computers? Penny Bell

try to install the app,maybe it did not install well or didn't at all. i hope this helps.
