CHECK TO MAKE SURE THERMOSTAT IS IN COOL , INSIDE FAN SHOULD BE RUNNING.
NEXT MAKE SURE BREAKER FOR OUTSIDE UNIT IS ON , NOT TRIPPED .UNIT SHOULD RUN AT THIS TIME
