some guy just called me from gooseberrytech.com and told me my computer was going to crash!!! he got a message from my IP address .... and he would show me how to fix it over the phone.... is this a scam/

<removed by moderator>...They are <removed by moderator>... They ll say that they wont access your machine without your permission as only you know the password...but they ll access your machine without your permission by changing the password without your knowledge....
