Denzel Washington carries a weathered HK45 LEM throughout the film "The Book of Eli". Filmmakers wanted the HK45 to look like an antique vintage firearm, so they sanded and worn down the firearm look very old for the film. The actual pistol is currently on display at the National Firearms Museum located at the NRA headquarters in Fairfax, VA.
