If you are in the UK, try Martin Lewis money saving expert .com, I did, it took one stamp and I claimed back nearly ?1000, real easy, just follow his instructions and fill in the form that is a teplate on the page (Copy and Paste onto microsoft word)

Because usually they are solid walls, no cavity
