Scroll through your channel guide backwards up through the higher channels and you should see channels duplicated with the correct information, your device may have the facility to move channels within the menu so just select the channels with info any place them next to the original channel with no info and place there, then just delete the other channel :- channel 803 was ITV1 with info I moved it next to channel 3 then deleted channel 3 then I had ITV with info, repeat with channels as required.
