I think TPB is the best torrent site. It's good that I have I use pirate bay unlocked because my ISP have blocked it so therefore I just use proxy sites.

I use a proxy site the pirate bay get around  since my favorite site is pirate bay got blocked by our ISP I resorted to use proxy sites.

I think you need to install the game after you have finished downloading it. Following the instructions from the read me file or something.
