OK people. Funny but not. So @borron misspelled it, and all you can do is post rubbish.

Guys do it because

A) It feels good 

B) It's a natural part of growing up and discovering your body

C) It relieves the pressure when the missus is 'off-limits'.

D) Some are just dirty boys who never grew up.

There. And I should know - I'm a bloke. And I grew up.

Depends whether you have a fan with a start switch (older) or not.

Connections go Phase to winding A, Winding B to capacitor, Capacitor to winding C, Winding D to Neutral. However, without a picture or diagram, it's a bit hard to explain. 

Maybe simpler to call your local electrician. I am one, but not local :)
