I subscribed to a magaziene subscription In April 2012, I still have not recieved anything, they refuse to cancel my subscription or pay back what i have paid, they have done nothing to resolve the problem, what can i do?

Can't give legal advice, but I file complaint w/ Credit Card and Bank and also put stop pymt.
