I uninstalled my Norton using control panels programs and features-then went on the internet to avast.com and downloaded avast virus catcher-(it's free and i've used it for years>

Go to control panel pick program and features click it-then scroll down list til u find what ur wanting to get rid of-click on it and then go to top of page and click uninstall
