You are depressed and grieving please start with talking to a doctor and he can lead you towards legal aid. Concentrate on getting your mind sorted because the girls are probably happy at the monent so at least you dont have to worry about them. Start the ball rolling by seeing a doctor then a solicitor. When you get the girls back, they will have a happy healthy mother.
