I have a 1998 Oldsmobile Silhouette that will not start without spraying starter fluid into the intake, I have gas, a new fuel pump, a new pressure regulator, fuel pressure is at 45 #.

Once you start useing this starter spray engines get addicted to this.
And wont start with out it.
