Look in the upper left hand corner of ur screen.... u should c ..File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools and Help....Look under Tools there should be Downloads in there...should be Very Top one...Ctrl + J

Have you tried going to Honeywell's website? Sometimes they have a tab for manuals...give it a shot. Hope this helps...Good Luck
