Last year we had some insulation in the crawl space removed... Since then our monthly usage has increased. Should we consider having the insulation replaced.

Last yeear we had insulation removed from our crawl space. Since then our electrical usage has gone up considerably. Should we consider reinsulating the crawl space. We were told that insulation creates moisture and SCE&G recommends not having insulation in a crawl space. Thank you.
