I have received through United Health 2 ten dollar prepaid credit cards with ten dollars on each, with different acct numbers. The first I registered with a user name and password and can only get access to that acct on line and it has a 0.42 balance. The second card I tried to register on line with the same user and password but this acct I cannot access on line, but in trying to no avail to speak to someone at your help telephone line I put in the second card acct number it it tells me I ha
