If you talk to missionaires in foreign countries who are bringing light to dark areas of the world, they can tell you about some manifestations of evil spirits that will make your skin crawl.  We see little here in the US, as there is plenty of evil going around in the lies of Satan, that he doesn't even have to manifest himself in unusual ways.

His diety and knowledge of the old testament allowed him to know his fate of an agonizing death.  His humanity dreaded it and brought tears of blood.  He asked the Father to "take this cup" but acquesed to God's will which was his death.
