It depends on how much you were holden, The mood of the Judge and how good your lawyer is. If this is your first offense then you should be able to get a Diversion. Just remember a Diversion means probation for your offense but if you get caught doing anything else you will be sentenced for your first offense as well as what you got busted for the second time. So if you take a Diversion keep it clean you don't get a second chance.
