How do you use Sera artemia mix?

I have a Canon pro 9000 mk2 printer. Cyan is no longer printing. I have tried numerous cleanings even with a recovery fluid overnight to no avail. Is it possible the problem is not with the printhead itself rather something else? Unit is about 3 years old. Thanks.
