there is a spot on the top of page where u create a account,,register.  :)

you dont download,i think its upload what ever program you have for your pictures that u do work on,like croping,u can use the same program to upload to a place,like in ur folder for videos,under video.there will be a button for u to hit saying upload and you click on it.im pretty sure this will get u getting videos,from utube,also need to have a account on utube..good luck
