My 1999 ford F 250 super Duty heat or ac will not blow out the vents. It is like all the vents are closed off

check switch by bypassing it. there is a blend door in heater that selects heat or cooling. check to see if it's has not stuck shut. The heater & AC gets it air from a grill right in front of hood or at bottom of windshield out side. It will be very simple when U find problem.
