i have a 1997 oldsmobile acheiva and it will not start.the battery is good and the starter is good.the ignition is computerized,what could be the problem?

i work for a private taxi service and ,they are not paying us fairly.the company is not paying us on the dates we are suppose to get paid.also the are giving us 25 percent of our own money we earn what can i do to stop this?
