how do i get rid of damp/mould patches where sky engineer drilled through our lounge and bedroom walls?

If you have damp patches where the holes were drilled, then the installation of the cable on the outside is possibly wrong. The cable should run down the wall, and then turn and come up to the hole from below. This is to make sure that water running down the cable, collects at the bottom of the loop and drops off, instead of running along the cable into the hole. The holes should also be sealed.
