how serious is an enlarged heart ? i am a 48 yr old female was told by doc 5 yrs ago i have this and we dont no how long ive had it ive had heart specialist appt but i guess im to nervious to go my mothers sister died at 34 of a heart desiase after haveing 3 open heart sergries i have pain and have had pain in my upper left back area for years now under left arm pit and lower area think this is related to my heart

hi i am a 48 yr old women have had this bump/lump on the right side of my right breast it gets painful at time to lay on and has worsen cause now it even sometimes hurts when im walking ... are these possiable signs of breast cancer ?
