i feel very tierd and lafagirc my blood presure is 110 suger level is 6.0 yet i feel like lifeless what could be the reason?

You may be anemic which means your hemiglobin is low. You might want to have your MD.check your count. Have you had any changes in your life? Sometimes even good tings can trigger depression as well as unwanted changes such as loss, etc.
