A 3/4 inch garden hose is connected to a 1/2 inch rigid pipe which has a 1/64 inch pin hole in it. How do I find out what the water pressure coming from the pin hole is?

I have two high pressure hoses from a pressure washer. One hose is broke at the end. I would like to connect the two together to give me more access around the house. Is it possible to use power steering hose and a couple of clamps or is it a bad idea?. Max pressure 1800 psi
