My son has the sweetiest prairie dog, and I wanted to get one of those big plastic balls (like they have for hamsters), so he could rome around the house. I looked into guine pig balls but all the comments I read said that they were very bad for them because guine pigs weren't flexable enought, their spines weren't made to bend that way. However, a priarie dog is not a guine pig and the balls seem to be safe for hamsters and geberils. Are they safe for Prairie dogs?
