2003 crown vic ex police car have replaced relays for fuel pump it has power to fuel pump but want start. if u jump fuel pump from under car itll crank and run fine but if u dont jump fuel pump it want crank . NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
