16+4+1/4+1/8=
20+.25+.125=
20.375
i missed that day sick in jr high.
the most best teach explained it to me in 12 words.
tbased math is not decimal.
counting up we use letters to represent values greater than 10, a= 11, f= 15
numbers greater than 16 become 10+
16*16=100 get it?
