I have a Kyocera KM 2550 Machine that doesn't work. I mean when copying its the result is blank black copy on the paper. Can you help?

Well the copier at first seems to print and copy well until just this morning when I copy something it gave the blank and very dark black on the surface of the paper. Can you give a hint on how best i can fix the problem
