easy matey , u got a wrong element and u need a electrition , sounds dumb i know , but if it were me id ring the name of the company  whos product u r using complain and tell them there product has u frightened etc.... and watch a brand new one be delivered along with a few extras , bad publisity aint good publisity trust me , hope u get it solved bud, also i mean the actuall cooker oven etc ....like bosch, toshiba not the element comp,     i never saw the whirlpool bit so start there n if u get a nice cheque i want half :)
