Hi put eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold (tap) water. Put a lid on and put on stove. As soon as the water boils set the timer for 6 mins. Take the lid off the saucepan or it will keep bubbling over. After 6 mins your eggs will be perfectly hard-boiled. Tip out the boiling water and cover eggs with cool water a couple of times so you can handle them.
