My wife has not claimed on car insurance for 15 years and even then the accident was the fault of the other driver who accepted liability and no claims was not affected. She has changed insurance companies over the years a few times and some companies have recorded over 5 years no claims. She has just changed again to Axa and quoted over 15 years.
