Heading Eastbound on HWY 501 into Aynor, South Carolina the Speed Limit is 60 MPH (sign is posted), however one you reach the City Limits there's a Speed Trap set-up where the Speed drastically drops from 60 MPH to 45 MPH. When I asked the Police Officer about this, he told me that it drops to 55 and then to 45. I never recall seeing any 55 MPH Speed Limit Sign, nor did my GPS reveal this either. Can you advise me on this supposedly "Posted" 55 MPH Speed Limit Sign? Thanks!!!
